We take great pride in the quality and care behind every Sweet Sujukh product. Due to the perishable nature of our items, we do not offer refunds or accept returns unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at temptationscookhouse@gmail.com with a description and photo of the issue. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to be eligible.

If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions and a prepaid return shipping label. Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Non-defective food products

  • Perishable items (including Sweet Sujukh)

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items

Because our products are edible and made to order, we cannot restock or resell them. This policy ensures the safety and quality of our offerings for all customers.


Refunds (If Applicable)

If a return is approved due to damage or defect, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
